Identification of need based activities in consultation with communities voice as major consideration and selection of activities that aligns with UN development goals. Planning, execution and monitoring of CSR activities as per Schedule VII of MCA Policy of Govt of India(GOI). Yearly treatment of budget as per policy. Preparation of annual CSR report and Audit report in line with MCA CSR policy. 4.Collaborated with internal departments (Environment, Finance, etc.) to collect and validate data related to ESG metrics and performance indicators and developed the GRI and SASB, globally recognized standards framework of ESG. 5.Receiving, organizing, and evaluating project proposals from various NGOs and organizations for community development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, feasibility, and impact potential. Lead the Girls Empowerment Mission (GEM) program, focusing on the development and empowerment of young girls. Aligned with GOI’s Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative. Manage and execute the GOI project Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan (SVA), with a project value of INR 918 lakhs(1.1 million USD).8. Lead role in preparation of documentary for CSR initiatives and Girls Empowerment mission. Play a key role in shaping CSR policy for BRBCL, a joint venture between NTPC and Indian Railways. Handle the tendering process and supervise the work of various agencies to ensure quality and compliance. Monthly presentation to higher authority, preparation of annual CSR report.
