Gather and compile material distribution for the program as well as compiling the financial data to track costs and material parts movement consisting of GPD and Soft-Pegged Parts · Work with analysts from different functions on the program to gather contract information to provide various financial reports to internal customers · Lead the Program Annual Bottoms-Up EAC Review process consisting of gathering financial data for the program and preparing financial charts and table in the functional deck to be presented and used by the different functional groups throughout the program and management · Lead Monthly meeting to review Program Actuals and prepared Management Presentations to review Control Account Trips · Generate weekly and monthly reports using SQL databases, SAP, Hyperion, and Excel to support management · Gather and compile the EAC financial data for the program and distributing it out to the program APMS, DAPMS, and CAMs · Actively work with different areas within the Program to compile and review monthly Program Risk & Opportunities · Calculated project performance monthly using Earned Value Management methodology · Gather and prepare Aircraft Cost Reports for use by Management
