FBC was established in 2011 as a philanthropy & business strategy firm. Prior to starting her own consulting practice, Fayruz served as the CEO of Psychology Beyond Borders, an international nonprofit. She is a seasoned professional who has successfully helped and guided numerous execs and volunteer leaders achieve success. For over ten years, she worked as a consultant with a national consulting firm, guiding organizations and their leadership in major gift fundraising campaigns, organizational development and strategic planning efforts. Fayruz served two terms as Board President for AFP - Austin where she helped to shape and implement the organization\'s strategic goals which leveraged the fundraising profession and ethical philanthropic practice in the Austin community.She served as Development Director at Ballet Austin from 20••••04 recruiting and managing a team of development professionals, and helping to form the planning and execution of the quiet phase of the ballet\'s first multi-million dollar capital campaign for the Butler Dance Education Center.Fayruz began her professional career at her alma mater, Dickinson College, working as part of the Development Team that raised $43 million for a campaign in the mid 90\'s.Specialties include: Philanthropy Strategy for individuals, nonprofit leaders and corporate leaders, Guidance and Sponsorship of Emerging Leaders and Seasoned Leaders who seek a boost in their careers, Visioning Facilitation, Major Gift Campaign Readiness, Planning and Execution, Board Development and Governance (including strategic planning), Meeting Facilitation, and curating customized Leadership experiences.Frequent presenter at regional and national educational seminars on social sector management and fundraising.
