I am an advocate of user needs-based design, user-centred design, and design thinking. I deliver actionable user insights that help define and focus the service experience on user needs. My work defines how each user interacts with the products and services we build for our clients. Working in an agile environment, my work reduces risk, making it easier for the team to make evidence-based decisions for the delivery of the product, while ensuring the experience is delightful for the user. My work is significantly helping build stronger relationships with senior stakeholders and the organisations I work with.
