ABOUT FAYE JACOBSEN

Driven with a passion for helping others, I’ve found that a career path in Human Resources is a fantastic place to start. Majoring in business management with a minor in psychology, I’m continuously learning new and applicable skills to apply within my current role as a recruiter. I am also constantly connecting and forming new relationships and applying new skills, which is encouraged in the field I am pursuing. Within my ongoing internship, I am blessed with the opportunity and ability to utilize my top five strengths: Belief, Developer, Positivity, Input, and Responsibility. I exhibit Developer by uplifting others to their full potential, demonstrate Positivity by always creating a welcoming environment, showcase Input through constant learning and growth, and display my Responsibility in following through with all tasks and missions to the best of my ability. Overall, my top strength of Belief acts as a pathway and guide for all other strengths to align with my overall goal of aiding others. Upon graduation, I am very interested in securing an full-time position within the Human Resources industry, where I can make a positive impact, promote growth, be intentional with my skills, and serve others within an organization that shares the same values.
