   Lead and administer the financial functions for the $140 million revenues high-growth pre-IPO organization• Awarded as “Employee of the Month” in the all-hands meeting for my contributions to an efficient year-end close and a smooth annual financial audit• Manage the global accounting teams to finish the month-end close within a tight deadline in the meanwhile of ensuring that transactions are recorded correctly, and all GL accounts are reconciled• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements• Implemented cash flow forecasting models resulting in a 20% improvement in liquidity management.
