What began as Clarity Wellness Centre became Elevated Living Company. In 2010 — while simultaneously rebuilding my own life after my husband\'s catastrophic stroke — I founded Clarity Wellness Centre in Toronto. A full-service wellness practice built on one conviction: identity and wellness are inseparable. Clarity laid the foundation for everything that followed: the nervous system regulation, identity work, and burnout recovery frameworks that would later become the backbone of Too Late My Ass™.
