This position is with the Program and Project Management (PPM) Team.Key Responsibilities:=Cost Estimation and Budgeting-Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, including initial budgets, cost plans, and feasibility studies-Develop and maintain cost databases and benchmarking data.=Cost Control and Management-Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and reported accurately-Implement cost control measures and recommend cost-saving strategies-Tendering and Procurement-Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract documents-Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.=Project Management-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget-Conduct risk assessments and provide cost-related advice during the project lifecycle.=Client Liaison-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing regular progress reports-Present cost reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.=Team Leadership-Lead and mentor a team of junior cost consultants, providing guidance and support-Conduct training sessions and promote professional development within the team.
