I am a Product Strategy Manager at BYJU\'S, India\'s leading Ed-tech company, where I work on end-to-end product management, data analysis and insights, program management, system architecture analysis, and strategy formulation, internal teams consulting, innovation, frugality, and solutioning. I have successfully launched and managed key product initiatives and projects driven from the CEO\'s office, impacting 1 MM+ learners and educators across the country. Before joining BYJU\'S, I was a Product Manager at ICICI Bank, where I serviced product requirements of India\'s top 30 business conglomerates spanning education, manufacturing, and infrastructure industries. I hold an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where I secured the Academic Bronze Medal and the All-Round Proficiency award. I also have a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, where I was featured in the top 5 of the department. I have cleared Level 1 of Financial Risk Manager (2019) and Level 1 of the CFA exam (2021). I am also recognized as one of India\'s Top 30 Most Employable MBA graduates for the batch of 2019-21 by InsideIIM.com. Before my MBA, I helped Hindustan Petroleum Corporation in the commissioning of an 8BN INR Pipeline project in the capacity of Project Manager coordinating with 15+ Vendors. I have set up the Operations department along with the Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance departments by hiring & training more than 50 people. As of today, the pipeline receiving station has a Topline of 15 BN INR per annum I have a passion for learning, problem-solving, and creating value through innovation and collaboration. I aspire to leverage my skills and experience in product management, strategy, and data analysis to drive growth and impact in the (including but not limited to) Tech and BFSI sectors.
