Fay-yaadh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with expertise in various Risk and Financial advisory projects including Infrastructure and Capital Projects, Construction Audits, Litigation Support & Arbitration, Closeout & Disaster Recovery, Valuation, Cost Segregation, Real Estate Lease Abstraction & Accounting, Anti-Money Laundering, etc. With over 10 years of experience in the CRIP industry, he is currently employed by Deloitte (Offices of the US) as a Manager with his primary focus on Capital Projects Consulting (CPC) and Grants Management projects. Within Deloitte, he leads numerous projects belonging to Oil & Gas, Retail and Technology giants, and Federal & State governments (GPS) clients. He is accustomed to all kinds of construction audits including ETC, EAC, LD & Contingency Testing; Change Order Analysis; Environmental Audits, other Cost Audits, etc. He has also performed Forensic Audits; conducted Benchmarking studies; and developed legal reports for clients & expert witnesses to serve as testimony in forums like the the International Court of Justice. Notably, he also manages the Grants Management team in India, which provides disaster recovery, closeout and compliance services for FEMA, AAFAF and other State, Local and Higher Education Organizations.He completed his Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management (ACM) from National Institute of Construction Management & Research, Pune (NICMAR). Prior to his post graduation, he worked as an Assistant & Site Engineer in a construction consultancy for 1 year. He has completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore.On the personal front, Fay-yaadh has a passion for dancing and is a professionally trained hip hop dancer. He loves to travel, binge on movies and OTT, and engage in any sporting activities whether it be swimming, cycling, badminton, football or simply sweating it out in the gym.
