Working within the Shopper Marketing function for Mars Petcare, my role involves delivering our brand activation strategies and bringing to life our Category Vision of ‘A Better World for Pets’. Executing omnichannel media plans throughout the shopper journey, whilst optimising our future activations through insights & evaluation. This enables me to make investment decisions based on profitable growth and the strongest ROI delivery. My role is customer facing, allowing me to build strong collaborative relationships and face into regular negotiations. Prior to shopper marketing, my career was in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. I have worked both in the UK and Australia and twice during my career I have initiated new start up divisions by developing and implementing a business development strategy. Giving me a proven track record of delivering strong financial results in a target driven sales environment.
