Seawork is the largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition in Europe. Built on an open park in Southampton, all services are brought on site. I negotiate and deal with all the contractors, the build up on site, the website and online manual for exhibitors plus all other operational tasks. I work with all major stakeholders including numerous Associations and ensure that their objectives are met and members represented at the event. I organise a 3 day conference programme running alongside which covers pertinent issues in the Maritime Industry plus various social events including an Awards ceremony and Cardboard Boat Regatta.I manage the budget for the entire event and deal with all tenders and negotiations with all contractors. I manage all the elements of the Sponsorships and create new opportunities within the show.
