Black Diplomats Academy (BDA) is a leadership development program dedicated to preparing Black youth and emerging professionals for careers in global affairs, diplomacy, and international policy. Through workshops, mentorship, and direct engagement with diplomats, policy leaders, and global institutions, the program equips Fellows with the skills, networks, and knowledge to lead on the world stage.As a Fellow, I’m engaging in high-level dialogues on foreign policy, international relations, and diplomacy, while receiving mentorship and training to strengthen my leadership and advocacy in global contexts. My focus areas include gender equity, global health, economic development, and inclusive governance.
