I\'m a Digital Product Manager in the Cat Digital Organization. My primary responsibility is to collaborate with Applications Product Owners, System Engineering, Data and Analytics Architects & Platform Architects to progressively elaborate functional and non-functional Epics, Features and Stories for the Development Teams to deliver. I drive the digital process, provide leadership, and mentor less experienced Digital Project Managers to help manage the delivery of groups of related projects that deliver a common program goal in line with Cat Digital Strategy.My career started in the factory as a Machine Repair Apprentice at the Mapleton Foundry. I have a passion for improving processes and making things more efficient. My background in PLM, project management, New Product Introduction PM, Engineering Design/Detailing/Checking/Releasing enables me to create value for any team. Most recently, I\'ve spent the last 4 years in the eCommerce and Digital Marketing space.I am well known for having strong leadership traits, being an effective communication/collaborator and for my strong interpersonal effectiveness.
