Perform detailed site assessments to evaluate existing conditions, structural elements, civil interfaces, and building envelope components, supporting both restoration and reconstruction/new-build planning.Prepare comprehensive estimates for mitigation, repair, reconstruction, and new-build scopes using Xactimate, Symbility, Bluebeam, and traditional quantity-takeoff methods.Review construction drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents to develop accurate cost breakdowns, assess constructability, and validate scope.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and consultants across multiple disciplines including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and building envelope.Develop and track project schedules using MS Project, forecasting milestones, labor demands, procurement lead times, and critical path items.Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and specialty tools while tracking usage, evaluating vendor proposals, and maintaining inventory accuracy.Manage project budgets, cost-control processes, change orders, and financial reporting; ensure Gross Profit Margin targets are achieved and variances are identified early.Conduct pre-bid site visits and prepare scope verification reports for both restoration and new construction tendering.Support structural and envelope investigations involving roofing systems, windows, cladding, insulation, foundations, and moisture intrusion, collaborating with engineers and building scientists.Maintain all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change directives, progress reports, daily logs, commissioning documentation, and close-out packages.Lead project meetings, document action items, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of issues.Assist cross-functional teams with planning, execution, scheduling, and procurement activities for multi-disciplinary construction projects.
