Assist teachers in delivering lessons by helping students understand material, providing one-on-one support, and facilitating group activities- Help set up classrooms for lessons, prepare teaching materials, and create displays of students\' work to foster a stimulating learning environment- Aid in maintaining discipline by supporting the teacher in managing student behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment- Work with students who have special educational needs, providing tailored assistance to help them engage fully with the curriculum- Assist with administrative duties such as attendance, record-keeping, photocopying, and organising resources to support teaching staff- Oversee students during non-classroom times, including lunch breaks and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being- Work in any class in primary education as required by the agency and the assigned school.
