With over 3+ years of experience in media planning and social media marketing, I am a passionate and creative Paid Media Manager at Moonbug Entertainment, a global leader in kids and family entertainment. I have multiple certifications from Meta and Google, as well as a data literacy training certificate from Moonbug, that demonstrates my commitment to learning and staying ahead of the curve in the dynamic digital media landscape. I aim to help Moonbug and its partner clients reach and engage their target audiences through effective and innovative media strategies, plans, and executions. I value collaboration, diversity, and fun, and I strive to bring these elements to every project and team I work with.In my current role, I leverage my media planning, social media marketing, and strategic planning skills to coordinate and manage media campaigns for Moonbug\'s partner clients across various platforms, especially YouTube. I work closely with the commercial sales team, the US and UK ad ops team, and the marketing team to ensure smooth and successful campaign delivery and performance. I also analyze and report on campaign metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Some of my recent achievements include successfully managing 10+ high-budget advertising campaigns in December while implementing a new ad product on several campaigns that helped our sales team bypass some of the limitations of the MFK space securing additional revenue in Q4.
