I’ve been working in sales since the very beginning of my professional career, both in the retail market and as a dealer of high quality and luxury products. During more than 20 years I have combined a sound knowledge of the Italian market together with several experiences as responsible of international clients (USA, Emirates, Switzerland, Spain). Finally, in 2013, I joined Beretta SpA as sales and brand management responsible for all the brands under Beretta Holding in Italy, namely Sako Limited, Steiner Optik GmbH, Burris Company, Beretta USA and Victrix.My tasks include:Ø Constant monitoring of the market evolutionØ Budget projections and assessment of the sales network performanceØ Support to the sales managementØ Definition of range of product to be distributed in the Italian marketØ Pricing policies definition,Ø Definition of marketing and communication strategies,Ø Launch of new products, ADV campaigns, events, trade shows organization, relationship with specialized press,Ø Direct management of the Key Clients.I have strong problem solving capabilities, a strategic approach to new business and a result-oriented attitude.
