ABOUT FAUSTO LANZA

My enthusiasm, friendly approach and language skills allow me to communicate with both customers and team with ease. I am well organised and pride myself on not only looking at the bigger picture but also the fine details that matter. Team building is very important to me as is leading by example and I look forward to be challenged on a daily basis. I set myself high standards and goals that I believe I can achieve. I continuously look to improve myself and those I work with. I strongly believe in training programs and staff incentives as means to improving service standards and sales and team. I love spending time pairing food with the ideal wine. I am highly motivated with the ability to work as a team member or independently to meet deadlines. Throughout employment I have utilised strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, to successfully complete launches within time constraints. I am very adaptable to change and can prioritise my work well under pressure.
