I am a Training and Development Specialist with a background in student housing operations, leasing, and marketing, and a passion for building programs that drive performance, consistency, and growth across organizations. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Communications, I’ve built my career supporting communities across multiple markets, from onsite operations to corporate training. I currently lead training initiatives for site teams and corporate team members at University Partners, including the design and execution of internal development programs, company-wide training, and large-scale conferences. I also serve as the Transition Lead for all community acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring seamless onboarding, operational readiness, and alignment with company standards. My role is highly hands-on and field-facing. I travel nationally to coach and train Leasing Consultants, Leasing Managers, and Community Managers, while partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership, regional teams, marketing, and corporate departments to ensure programs align with KPIs and business objectives. I also manage and optimize our LMS platform to drive compliance, engagement, and measurable impact. I’m passionate about creating scalable, practical training that translates into real results, empowering teams to perform at their best, and building people-first programs that strengthen culture and operations.
