To support the Registered Manager to provide a personalised, high quality Living Well at HomeService which meets the expectations of the contract, the service specification, agreed qualitystandards Creative Support, the Council and CQC. You will ensure that the highest level ofcustomer service and satisfaction is achieved.2. To coordinate the delivery of care to a defined group of service users, ensuring that theyreceive a consistent and personalised service which meets their identified needs, respects theirchoices and preferences, builds on their strengths and assets, promotes their wellbeing andmaximises their independence.
