I am passionate about helping families and seniors experience compassionate, quality, and individualized care.As the CEO and Founder of Cairasu Home Care and Cairasu Medical Staffing, my mission is to transform how care is delivered for aging adults, those living with dementia, and individuals needing specialized support.Through Cairasu Care Institute, we provide essential training programs in CNA certification, dementia care, CPR, medication administration, and CEU-accredited courses for healthcare professionals. As an Alzheimer’s Ambassador, I advocate and work directly with National and chapter staff to implement federal advocacy activities at the community level. This advocacy leadership role is critical in helping the Alzheimer’s Association meet its federal legislative goals. Work with congressional representatives to ensure they are committed to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Build relationships with members of Congress and legislative staff. Work with Congressman Mark Pocan\'s office to achieve these goals.
