Over the six months, I have had the opportunity to work with the Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism, ARIJ Network, on optimizing the ARIJ YouTube Channel. We focused on organic growth, visibility, and engagement—without relying on paid ads!I significantly improved the channel\'s performance through strategic SEO, metadata optimization, keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience engagement tactics. Key Achievements: YouTube suggested ARIJ videos 21.9% of the time (up from 7.9% the previous year) External sources (Google, social media) drove 21.9% of traffic (previously 7.8%) ARIJ content appeared in YouTube searches 18.3% of the time (previously 6.5%) Redirection from YouTube Shorts feed by 15.7%(from 0%) Browse feature visibility increased to 10.7%(from 5.3%) Proud to have collaborated with ARIJ\'s outstanding team on this project and am delighted with our results! This project reinforced my expertise in #YouTube SEO, content strategy, audience growth, and data-driven decision-making. It has been incredibly rewarding to see these efforts impact organic growth.
