Rooted in organizing and community building, I have been deeply involved in social services and grassroots organizing since 2012. As a Portland native and the child of immigrants, I am committed to ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table and has access to the resources necessary in order to participate. I\'ve carried many hats over the years, facilitator, storyteller, and strategist who has been on a mission to build bold, equitable spaces. And for fun—I’m an Arabic-English translator and educator.Looking Ahead:As I continue my career journey, I am deeply committed to protecting people, creating pathways for leadership and growth, and reimagining restoration and conflict resolution in ways that go beyond traditional professionalism and HR structures.
