A series C Tech startup combining music, travel and leisure to curate experiences in global destinations, featuring widely acclaimed artists and entertainment figures- Managed end-end coordination of up to 60 tech roles at one time. Working cross functionally with candidates and internal stakeholders across 8 teams. Responsible for delivering a cohesive, well equipped interview process and outstanding candidate experience. Contributing to a 50% headcount increase in Tech with 36% Gender diversity within 9 months- Streamlined existing operational processes with improvements including, lifecycle email templates, L&D materials, synchronised calendar use and coordinator spreadsheet trackers. Eliminating back and forth communications utilising Jira, Monday, Notion, Miro and Zapier. Resulting in well structured workflows, achieving a 25% increase in candidate experience satisfaction with an NPS score of 74%- Supported planning strategy, initiated and executed on hiring projects, facilitated the successful roll out of automation tools, HiPeople and Starred. Leading to a reduction in turnaround time for both tech test reviews and reference checks from 1 week to 48 hours.
