Contribute to the development of innovative pharmaceutical drug products across a variety of complex dosage forms, including sterile liquids, suspensions, topicals, and more. Support both early- and late-stage development, with a focus on advanced formulation strategies and novel drug delivery technologies.Key responsibilities include:* Serving as a Process Engineer, defining and optimizing manufacturing processes by investigating critical process parameters (CPPs), material attributes (CMAs), and quality attributes (CQAs).* Leading scale-up, risk mitigation, and technology transfer efforts from R\\ & D to global manufacturing sites.* Designing and executing formulation development studies, and independently performing raw material and drug product characterization to support robust processes.* Driving process improvements and contributing to cross-functional value stream initiatives to enhance development efficiency and manufacturing readiness.* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners (CROs/CMOs) to ensure seamless execution across all phases of development.* Authoring technical documentation for internal knowledge capture and regulatory filings, including support for IND, NDA, and commercial launch activities.
