I started my career as a journalist 17 years ago, writing and editing entertainment and lifestyle articles. At the time, I was a sophomore in business school, specializing in Marketing. By the time I graduated, content marketing and inbound were just beginning to gain traction. My background in journalism, combined with a degree in marketing, put me in a strong position to step into this emerging field, so I joined a digital marketing agency as a content marketing specialist. Over time, I worked at multiple early-stage VC-backed B2B SaaS startups in Silicon Valley, wearing many marketing hats (product marketing, brand, demand generation, brand, PR, you name it) while progressing quickly from specialist to manager to head of marketing.I joined LCvista\'s leadership team as VP of Marketing in 2023 to establish the Marketing function at the rapidly growing, PE-backed company. We have achieved significant revenue growth, with marketing playing a central role in building the demand engine that fuels that expansion and strengthens our market position.
