Salesforce Tester: Center for Medicare and Medicaid InnovationProject Description:The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) has engaged a team of Salesforce testers to validate and enhance multiple models aimed at improving healthcare delivery, payment, and patient outcomes within Medicare and Medicaid programs. This project leverages Salesforce as a central platform to facilitate data management, model testing, and workflow automation.As a Salesforce tester my role involved:Testing Multiple Healthcare Models: Working with various CMMI healthcare delivery and payment models to ensure they are functioning effectively on the Salesforce platform, these models may include value-based payment structures, patient management systems, or preventive care initiatives.Workflow Validation: Testing the workflows built within Salesforce to ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies, efficient data flow, and integration between various modules.Data Integrity and Security Testing: Ensuring data accuracy and security compliance, especially given the sensitive nature of healthcare information, by performing both manual and automated tests across Salesforce functionalities.Integration Testing: Verifying integration between Salesforce and other systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and external reporting tools, to confirm seamless data exchange and compatibility.Performance and Scalability Testing: Conducting performance testing to ensure that Salesforce can handle large volumes of healthcare data and accommodate future growth as additional models are added.This project is critical in supporting CMMI’s objectives to foster innovation in healthcare systems, ensure reliable data management, and improve overall patient outcomes through robust, well-tested Salesforce-based solutions.
