About Fatimah Gifford
I’m a reproductive health leader and organizational development practitioner who believes systems should make it easier for people to get the care they need.Over the past 20+ years, my work has spanned organizational development, marketing, communications, and public relations with a focus on helping mission-driven teams build clarity, alignment, and staying power, especially when the stakes are high.Today, my work sits where systems collide: abortion access and criminalization, mandatory reporting and provider risk, domestic and sexual violence response, HIV care, harm reduction, and primary care. I’m especially focused on what helps providers and organizations in real life with clear guidance, practical tools, strong partnerships, and systems that support continuity of care.I currently serve as Executive Director of Provide, where we partner with health and social service providers—particularly across the U.S. South—to strengthen provider confidence and capacity in a post-Dobbs landscape.Always glad to connect with leaders, providers, funders, and collaborators working on equity, safety, and sustainable systems change.
