Develop and facilitate nutrition education programs, workshops, and health fairs in diverse education and community settings for age groups ranging from youth to adults in English and Spanish.Plan and execute cooking demonstrations while adhering to food safety regulations.Translate nutrition education materials from English to Spanish.Develop nutrition education materials/content that accomodate for all learning styles in a classroom setting. Engage a variety of diverse and ethnic backgrounds to promote behavior change and support healthy habits. Administer surveys, collect data, and facilitate focus groups with community members of various backgrounds. Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support ongoing research for nutrition education and community outreach projects.
