Fatima Di Biase is a Principal and Senior Consultant in the Health & Benefits business in Mercer\'s Vancouver office. She assists public and private sector clients in advancing the health, wealth and overall wellbeing of its employees through the design and funding of employee health benefits and wellbeing plans. This work includes flexible benefits plan design and implementation, renewal negotiations, financial accountings, collective bargaining support, consolidation and redesign projects following acquisitions, education on benefit cost management and health and welfare trust projects.From 2015 to end of 2021, Fatima led Mercer Health LABS team that forms part of the Mercer Health Innovation team and sat on Canada\'s Health Leadership Strategy team. As Health LABS Leader, she focused on market research and analysis of the innovation in the private health space in Canada including understanding new vendor solutions, has developed a framework for clients in better understanding these new market solutions and how they may be embedded into existing programs, as well as guided clients in navigating the rapidly changing landscape. Before joining Mercer in Fatima worked in the Human Resource Department of one of British Columbia\'s crown corporations.
