Also directly supervised 75 Sailors in 7 work centers who replenished critical parts for 23 squadrons, 10 aircraft carriers, and dozens of fighter planes. • Revamped the material and inventory control program for ordering parts, materials, uniforms, office supplies, etc.• Oversaw the processing of 985 requisitions worth $515K to include the management of 813 property assets valued at $1.5M with 100% accuracy• Trained and developed over 100 staff members in all aspects of policies, procedures and regulationsAs Program Coordinator, had responsibility for 18 Tool Petty Officers and meticulously handled over $200K in squadron assets with “Zero Discrepancies” during the command Safe-For Flight certification while transitioning to the P-8A aircraft. • Led 10 logisticians in the expeditious processing of 1,278 requisitions valued at over $35MAs Logistics Support Representative, served as the primary point of contact for all ships deployed in the 5th and 6th Fleet Areas of Responsibility (AOR) – Europe and the Middle East.
