Admission Advisor• Evaluate applicant transcripts and other education credentials to determine their eligibility for the course and recommend accordingly.• Respond professionally to all inquiries such as new, mature and transfer applicants, received by email, phone and in person.• Monitor university offers of admission, fee (deposit) paid and any outstanding offers. • Correspond with applicants, parents, counselors and faculty at all points (in-person, letter, telephone, fax and email) explaining admission to visa procedures including transferring credits to university, applying for loans, UCAS application etc.• Processing applications through UCAS and OCAS system.• Work with college admissions officers to resolve any processing or admission requirements issues.• Determine applicants’ suitability for writing required tests for admission.• Attend educational fairs such RIC & SLE, degree fairs and postgraduate fairs on behalf of the company.• Frequently organize information sessions at local colleges and universities that provide information on admission process in UK and Canadian universities.• Research process of student recruitment process for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions in Canada and UK. • Organize discussion groups with other members for proper implementation of recommendations to ensure system processes are functioning efficiently and effectively in order to meet established timelines.
