ABOUT FATIH UYAR
I am a dedicated Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer with a passion for solving complex challenges across engineering and technology. I graduated with First Class Honours from The University of Manchester, where I specialized in high-speed aerodynamics and supersonic intake design. My final year project, “Ramjet Intake Aerodynamics,” supervised by Dr. Mark Quinn, deepened my expertise in shockwave-boundary layer interactions and advanced flow control strategies within supersonic regimes. Currently, I am pursuing an MSc in Advanced Computational Engineering at Imperial College London. My research focuses on low-speed aerodynamics, particularly wind turbine aerodynamics, with an emphasis on turbulence, turbulence modelling, and flow transition. This shift reflects my growing commitment to advancing renewable energy technologies and contributing to a sustainable energy future. Beyond aerospace and energy, I am deeply interested in the intersection of engineering, technology, and cybersecurity. As a co-founder of LeanSOC, I’m part of a team revolutionizing penetration testing by making it accessible for every developer. LeanSOC pioneers mass user behavioral security, detecting anomalies and protecting systems before breaches occur. Learn more at leansoc.com or join our closed beta to be part of the future of security. I am always open to collaboration across high-speed and low-speed aerodynamics, turbulence modelling, renewable energy systems, and innovative technology solutions. With a broad engineering mindset, I aim to bridge aerospace, energy, and cybersecurity to drive impactful innovations. Feel free to connect to discuss research, technology, or potential collaborations in aerospace, energy, or cybersecurity.
