About Fatih Aranoglu
Fatih Aranoglu received his BS in Mining Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering both from Middle East Technical University in July 2020 with High Honors and ranked the first of the Department of Mining Engineering. In August of the same year, he started his PhD studies in Earth Resources Development Engineering program at Colorado School of Mines. He finished his non-thesis Masters degree in Operations Research with Engineering in Fall 2022. He is currently a Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant for the Mine Plant Design course at Colorado School of Mines. His research area is implementing System Dynamics Modeling and Operations Research for understanding, mapping, and optimizing gold supply chains.
