I\'m a global research and operational expert with more than half a decade of expertise. Specialized in the development of high end motorcycle radial and bias tires. My development ideas are heavily influenced by feedback from riders. The development of India\'s first zero-degree steel belt radial tires for motorbikes, for which the company was recognized globally and given the Golden Peacock Award in 2019, was my first and all-time golden moment. Subsequently I developed tires for super sport, sport touring and for electric vehicles. I recently switched to a new workplace, where I\'m responsible for the raw material and compound development. My key role is focused more on the development of new material and sustainable rubber and rubber additives with suppliers, along with alternate supplier and material development. To achieve my sustainability goal, I focus intensively on renewable and recycled materials. Going forward, I want to make sure that even more resources are being conserved. There are many things in the area of sustainability that we must tackle ourselves and with the external perspective of partners. Moving towards a sustainable world.
