Hello there! I\'m Maryam Risvi, a Computer Science student at King\'s College London, with a burning passion for AI and software engineering. With a robust academic background and a diverse skill set, I excel in meeting deadlines and thrive in collaborative environments. During my internship at OpenArc Solutions, I delved into projects involving NLTK sentiment analysis, while my current mentorship in the Informatics BAME Mentorship Programme focuses on evaluating ethics in language models, showcasing my practical skills in technology applications. Additionally, I\'ve completed multiple prestigious bootcamps in iOS app development, web development and finance, further enriching my expertise.Outside of my academic pursuits, I\'ve taken on leadership roles and actively contributed to several initiatives. Currently, I serve as the Social Media Officer for KCL\'s Womxn In STEM Society, where I play a pivotal role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the STEM community. Additionally, I\'m proud to be part of the esteemed print team at ROAR News, King\'s College London\'s award-winning student newspaper, where I contribute to delivering impactful stories and perspectives, further showcasing my dedication to making a positive societal impact.This summer, I\'m honoured to be a STEAM Mentor at Richer Education, guiding and inspiring young minds in their educational journey. Additionally, I\'m privileged to be a Mentee in the esteemed Microsoft EMBRACE Mentoring Programme, an invaluable opportunity where I\'m fostering connections and gaining insights from industry professionals. Through this program, I\'m not only enhancing my career prospects but also developing essential personal skills, ensuring a holistic growth experience.Passionate about leveraging technology for social good, I\'m eager to apply my skills to drive innovative and creative solutions.
