Use insight to drive performance: Apply data, MI and customer feedback to identify service gaps, optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys, and shape priorities that deliver measurable value. Coordinate strategic change: Work across Modernisation, Transformation, Operations and Risk to land change at scale, modernise processes and support the bank’s growth strategy. Improve cross‑Group pathways: Enhance collaboration with Retail and Group partners to strengthen referral flow and ensure eligible customers reach the right financial guidance and specialist support. Uplift capability & consistency: Build stronger ways of working, tools and capability frameworks for customer‑facing teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Champion customer & colleague voice: Ensure insights and frontline experience inform decision‑making across leadership forums, governance and strategic planning. Drive culture & performance uplift: Support leadership to embed a modern, outcome‑focused, customer‑centric culture across UKPB.What gets me out of bed?
