Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Science and Carbon-FreeBuildings/Electricity/Transportation to develop carbon-free strategies and grid management:o Data collection, post-processing, and visualization to identify impactful trends and inform decarbonization strategies for residential and commercial buildings across the US (CA, TX, MA, IL, GA, etc.).o Providing embodied and operational carbon emission predictions to prepare and submit national reports such as the Economics of Electrifying Buildings using national datasets and energy analysis/life cycle assessment tools.o Building and maintaining sophisticated data analysis tools via Excel, Tableau, and Python and using Git for version controlling of multiple projects to promote collaboration between cross-functional teams.o Conducting data analysis and visualization using various Python packages to assess vehicle charging demand, identify potential electric charging locations in the Bay Area, and evaluate grid impact under different scenarios for the next 25 years.• Partnering with influential partners including the Department of Defense, Wells Fargo Bank, National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), and Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) to advance data-driven sustainability and decarbonization strategies:o Managing large datasets using Python, Excel, and R to use national datasets including NREL’s Market Guidance for supporting decision-making at leadership levels.o Employing analytical storytelling techniques and visualization dashboards to present complex data findings to internal leadership and external stakeholders.o Publishing reports in national workshops, e.g,\"2023 Minneapolis/Saint Paul Decarbonization Affordable Housing\".• Working with Tech companies including Apple and Google to provide strategic recommendations in their pursuit of carbon neutrality:o Presenting findings and recommendations to internal and external teams including technical and non-technical clients.
