Perform scripted computer operating system installation, maintenance of both hardware and software packages- Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all equipment including patching while ensuring optimal workstation performance- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed- Fully supports a wide range of IT products such as MS office suite software, personal productivity software, and network access and system utilities- Work with multiple stakeholders such as site supervisors, Infosys Managers, Customer Partners to maintain the PCS environment supported by Intel IT
