Today\'s business environment is driven by information. We are awash with ideas and methods for analyzing, visualizing, and utilizing business metrics to drive decision-making and growth. Makes you wonder, what will tomorrow look like? How will businesses that have not yet embraced data driven technology continue to compete?Another question that should be asked is, how can one quantify other aspects of their businesses, like consumable inventory spend? Wouldn\'t it be great to see precise quantities of consumable inventory on hand? Wouldn\'t it be even better to see usage by employee? What about limiting allowed usage? I work with companies who may be frustrated with their inventory management system. Some feel that their consumable expense is too high, that they have a waste problem, or don\'t know where the money is going. Some feel that they are spending too much time distributing items to employees, and tracking who has what. If this sounds familiar, solving these problems is my specialty.
