I come to your home, sit around the kitchen table with you and get to know your life and challenges. We then, together, create a program designed to get you and/or your child to the level of health you want to be. We then follow up via video conferencing. If you are not in the Tampa area, we video conference the first visit as well. I have 40 years of experience coaching people in the field of nutrition and wellness. A well body cannot exist as a physical being on its own. It shares space with an emotional, thinking, spiritual and communal being, as well. I address all of these and support you through your journey.
