As a Business Management Lecturer for BA (Hons) students for level 3 to 6, the following are my responsibilities:• Plan, deliver and report on my modules. • Prepare appropriate teaching materials when required.• Take online classes or workshops regularly via zoom and teams to students to provide extra support.• Supervise level 6 students for their dissertations through online zoom and teams weekly meetings. • Support in course design for level 4 students.• Identify the needs of students and adapt relevant delivery styles to maintain high standards of education.• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and assess students’ knowledge using Quizizz, Nearpod or otherwise.• Facilitate students with extra support for VLE use or anything else to complete their course enabling them to access maximum learning sources provided by college. • Ensure learners are given feedback on their progress in a timely and constructive manner.• Ensure that all required paperwork, including student reports and feedback reports on module assignments are submitted by the deadline.• Attend relevant induction and tutor training meetings as required by OBC, to engage with continuous professional development.• Lead on modules and liaise with other Lecturers teaching on the same module ensuring all module materials are up to date.• Help with academic interviews where required.• Adopt cohesive marking using rubric.• Help with general course administration and also undertake relevant scholarly activities where required.• Reflect upon and implement recommended action from feedback received through module evaluations, staff appraisals and lesson observations.
