I currently have the privilege of leading the global Technology organization at CSA Group. The Technology group consists of professionals across the areas of Information Technology, Advanced Analytics, Process & Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, Laboratory Planning & Technology, New Customer Product Technology, as well as Digital Growth Marketing. While these are very diverse functional areas, the team is working towards a common goal of driving growth for the business. The team is currently working with the following technologies to enable the growth agenda- Adoption of predictive and generative AI - Operational business intelligence and advanced data analytics - Business process automation - Laboratory robotic automation - Industrialized growth hacking for e-commerce - Exploration of emerging customer product technologies - Cybersecurity I’ve shared some examples of the team\'s work, and accomplishments in the media links below.
