Effectively lead, coach and develop a large work team to accomplish operational objectives.Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy.Preparation of production plans & schedules to achieve the target.Plan for resources in advance for achieving the target.Coordinate with functional & operational head to understand the project wise WIP status.Coordinate with store & purchase department for smooth flow of material & consumables required for each projects.Plan for optimum utilization of manufacturing processes for smooth workflow.Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule resume objectives. oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
