   Designed and engineered enhancements that enabled Dispatch Centers to facilitate direct pickups from sellers and warehouses, significantly reducing Hub dependency and manpower requirements while supercharging Dispatch Center capabilities as a pickup node. Developed dedicated order tracking and vehicle tracking dashboards with live location support to streamline the entire Dispatch Center pickup flow. Worked on pioneering Multi-Packet Shipment(MPS) at Shadowfax, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure its seamless integration into existing Dispatch Centers and Linehaul flows.
