My law practice focuses on all aspects of commercial leasing on behalf of major commercial landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail contexts. I am experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related leasing documentation including offers to lease, complex lease amending agreements with respect to combinations of extensions, expansions, relocations, partial surrenders, termination arrangements and various license agreements. I handle all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings.In addition, my practice includes corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, sales, financings and commercial agreements of every type.
