Lead a team in providing exceptional real estate services to variety of clients with a focus on Tishman Speyer Properties. Supervise, train and coach staff to attain highest level of efficiency and effectiveness possible. Strategic supervision and coordination of all audit and reporting requirements, due dates and distribution. Act as liaison with independent auditors, coordinate interim review procedures and final audits. Draft audited financial statements with complete footnotes Responsible for analytic review of all property financial statements and analysis. Review preparation of quarterly and annual reports to investors. Frequently meet with other team leaders for update on major events/transactions/issues Coordinate with and assist the regional team in the preparation of Annual Budgets as necessary Manage quarterly compliance as required by Property level debt instruments. Manage preparation of monthly reports. Provide additional information or clarification to the regional teams and Property Managers to ensure the timely analysis of actual vs. budget and projections. Manage process for any escalation audit reviews with tenants Manage process of due diligence and journalizing of acquisition, disposition and refinancing. Review distribution of quarterly schedules to owners. Review TC201 and RPIE filings for NY Properties and any relevant filings in other cities. Assure that all work is completed accurately in accordance with company standards.
