I am working as A & MS Layout Design Engineer in Standard Cell Layout Team. Developed standard cells from scratch including combinational and sequential FF cells on different lower technology nodes like 2,3 nm (TSMC),4 nm (TSMC & SS) & 5nm using Custom Compiler tool. Validation of cells including DRC, LVS and Architecture related checks using IC Validator tool. Fixed many cells for EM & DFM for various PDKs. Optimization of standard cells for area reduction and higher metal reductions like M2 and M3. Worked on special standard cells also like Level Shifters,ECO cells, POK cells, DCAP cells, Filler cells, PGAT cells, Clock gating cells etc. Worked on circuit jobs fixation like six sigma jobs, circuit syntax jobs, etc. Worked on Big Driver Cells with EM fixation. Developed ECO Cells for 5nm node. Developed LS cells for 3nm,4nm & 5nm node. Developed MBFF for all latest technology nodes. Developed HASH & DONUT design for validation of ENDCAP cells in SS8.
