Manage Electrical Engineering and Design teams for MEG Energy, Gibson programs, GROC, CNRL, and etc. including:• Recruit, train and organize electrical teams based on the projects requirements• Develop Detailed Engineering (DE) and Front End Engineering Designs (FEEDs), ensuring the most reliable and cost effective design,• Provide technical supports to project teams, applying cross-discipline engineering experience• Develop engineering documents, reports, and estimates, identifying equipment needed and guiding site contractors in installations.• Study power systems, including short-circuit, protection, relay setting, and arc flash using ETAP, specifying equipment characteristics and capacities and ensuring personnel and equipment safety. • Develop bid documents, RFQ packages, bid evaluations, technical clarifications, ensuring most appropriate equipment was purchased.• Maintain productive working relationship with project managers, clients, procurement managers, project controls, and construction team members.• Review and update the electrical specifications, procedures, check lists and calculations sheets.
